The automatic cutting and sewing machine at our facility enables to render the PP bags at desired size at high speeds.With the help of powerful sensors and high performance cutting system, rolls of PP fabrics are cut into the desired dimension of the PP bag and then fed to an automatic sewing machine through conveyor belt to be sewed to perfection for strength and high resistance.
We have employed skilled work force to supervise the whole process to avoid any errors and uninterrupted production of these bags. The perfectly- cut bags are then collected in bales to transferred for dispatch.
Our facility houses 57 Circular weaving looms that constitute a significant process of production. The tapes processed from the granules are extracted from the bobbins and injected to these looms in high speeds. Then the tapes are fed into the looms from creels through the wrap infeed system. It also features warp break sensor to assist any prevention from the breakage of the tapes.
The outcome of these looms are continuous stream of PP or Leno Rolls. These are then laminated in accordance with the client's requirement. PP Bags have profound utilities in the packaging of chemicals, fertilisers, cement, sugar, food grains etc while Leno Bags have a huge demand for the packaging of Potato, Onions,Vegetables etc, given these bags provide good visibility of the product and also enables the required air ventilation for the products.
Our plant also consists of in-house Lamination Machine for the lamination of P.P. /H.D.P.E. Bags. It is the next process post procuring the P.P. /H.D.P.E. Rolls wherein the surface of the rolls are laminated.
This machine is also capable of laminating Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Bags (BOPP).The machine can run lamination at the speed of 9000 Meters per Hour. The whole process is closely monitored for proper quality and Gauge Micron checks.
We source the best quality raw material i.e. Poly Propylene Granules from Reliance or import ones of it's equivalent quality, for an assured quality. These PP granules are then fed to our fully automated Tape Line machine that converts the granules to long tapes which engulfs onto cylinderical bobbins. The array of these bobbins gyrate multiple meters of tapes to be transferred to Circular Looms, where they are processed into rolls of PP fabric.
